I'm a translator who worked on Sinoalice's global release and I can ABSOLUTELY assure you that the delay is due to the localization-but not for the reasons you think. I created a throwaway for this because I'm under NDAs and would definitely get my ass canned for saying anything at all, but this situation has me so bitter (and I know there are other translators lurking here), that I feel like I have to speak up at this point.
